RoadsAndTrips was born out of a love for driving, adventure and discovering the best roads and hidden gems along the way. What started as a passion for road-tripping turned into years of organizing enthusiast rally events - and now, we’re taking it to the next level.

After years of planning and running single-day orientation rallies, we are now launching something even bigger - roadtrip adventures across Europe. These trips combine our deep knowledge of rally organization with personal passion for long-haul road trips, hidden attractions and unforgettable driving experiences.

🌍 Aga – The Organizational Master & Social Connector

Aga keeps the adventure running smoothly. From event logistics to making sure everyone feels welcomed and connected, she’s the heart of the community. Whether it’s sorting out accommodations, handling participant questions or making sure no detail is overlooked, Aga ensures that every trip is seamless, fun and unforgettable. You’ll probably spot her chatting with every team, capturing the best moments and making sure everyone is having the time of their lives.

🚗 Hubert – The Route Mastermind & Car Specialist

If the road is calling, Hubert has already mapped it out. As the driving force behind our routes, he’s obsessed with finding the most scenic, thrilling and hidden roads for every trip. With years of experience planning rallies and road trips, he knows how to craft a route that’s both exciting to drive and filled with unexpected gems along the way. When he’s not scouting roads, you’ll find him talking cars, fixing cars or dreaming about cars.

🏁 From Orientation Rally Events to Full Roadtrip Adventures (Since 2016)

Before we started planning multi-day road trips, we spent years organizing single-day orientation rallies in Poland. These events were all about navigation, teamwork and strategic driving - challenging participants to find their way using only a roadbook, clues and checkpoints.

🔹 18 successful rally events and counting!

From 2016 to 2023, we hosted enthusiast rallies where teams competed to navigate a pre-planned route with just a roadbook - often leading them through scenic, off-the-beaten-path locations. While these events sometimes felt like epic road trips, they were always single-day challenges - focused on strategy, exploration and teamwork.

🔹 A new chapter: multi-day roadtrip adventures

With all the experience we gained from event planning, logistics and designing incredible routes, we knew it was time to expand beyond our home country and beyond single-day events.

That’s how Roadtrip Adventures was born - a new kind of experience that blends our rally-style navigation with multi-day roadtrip excitement, covering thousands of kilometers across Europe’s most breathtaking landscapes.

Now, instead of just one-day competitions, we’re offering week-long driving experiences, giving participants the freedom to explore, drive and challenge themselves - while still enjoying the thrill of a rally-inspired adventure.

Even before we started organizing rally events, we were hitting the road ourselves - exploring Europe’s best driving routes, getting lost, breaking down and discovering what makes a roadtrip truly unforgettable.

🚗 1991 Mazda MX-5 – Conquering the Pyrenees and heading all the way to Barcelona? Done.
🚐 1989 Volkswagen T3 – Slow but steady, reaching Gibraltar at the edge of Europe? Checked off the list.
🚙 1994 Peugeot 205 – A cross-continental adventure from Spain to Sweden? Absolutely.

For over a decade, we’ve been driving across Europe - not as event organizers, but as passionate roadtrippers.
