Welcome to Roadtrip Adventures! By participating in our events, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These rules ensure a safe, enjoyable and responsible experience for all participants.
- Roadtrip Adventures are self driving tour events organised by the Roads and Trips.
- Participants are all the people taking part in the event, that signed up to it, paid the required fee and accepted this terms and conditions.
- Organisers are the members of the Roads and Trips team and all the people designated by Roads and Trips as Organisers.
- Roads and Trips is the event organiser, represented by it's crew.
1. Participation & Personal Responsibility
- Participation in Roadtrip Adventures is entirely at your own risk.
- Participants are fully responsible for their own safety, the safety of passengers and other road users.
- Participants acknowledge that driving involves risks, including but not limited to road hazards, vehicle malfunctions and unpredictable weather conditions.
- By joining the event, participants confirm that you voluntarily accept these risks.
2. Compliance with Traffic Laws
- All participants must comply with local traffic laws and regulations at all times.
- Reckless or dangerous driving will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the event.
- Participants are solely responsible for any fines, penalties or legal consequences incurred during the trip.
3. Vehicle Requirements
- All participating vehicles must be roadworthy, legally registered and insured.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is safe and fit for long-distance travel.
- Roads and Trips highly recommend having breakdown assistance coverage in case of mechanical failures.
- Organiser is not responsible for vehicle breakdowns, repairs or recovery costs during the event.
4. Insurance & Liability
- All participants must have valid vehicle insurance that covers them for travel in the event's location(s).
- Organisers does not provide personal accident insurance, medical insurance or breakdown assistance.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate insurance coverage for themselves, passengers and their vehicle.
- Roadtrip Adventures, its organizers and affiliates are not liable for any accidents, injuries, damages or losses that may occur during the event.
5. Behavior & Respect for Locations
- All participants are expected to respect local communities, businesses and cultural sites.
- Any participant who damages property, disrupts public order or violates common standards of behavior may be expelled from the event without a refund.
- Excessive noise, littering or any form of misconduct that brings negative attention to the event will not be tolerated.
6. Event Expulsion Policy
The organizers reserve the right to expel any participant from the event if they:
- Violate traffic laws or drive recklessly.
- Engage in behavior that endangers others.
- Disrespect other participants, event staff or local communities.
- Cause disturbances that harm the reputation of Roads and Trips.

Expulsion decisions are final and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
7. Changes & Cancellations
- The organizers reserve the right to modify the route, schedule or activities due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., road closures, weather conditions).
- If the event is canceled due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will communicate possible rescheduling or refund options.
8. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By signing up and participating in Roadtrip Adventures, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
